1. Use Instagram Filters Without Posting On Instagram
Even if you have Snapseed or another photo editor on your cell phone, sometimes you want to use Instagram filters for a photo without posting it.
Is that possible?
Yes! Follow these steps:
- Click on the options button.
- Scroll down till you find “Original photos” and click on it. Make sure it’s on.
- Go to your cell phone’s settings and turn on the airplane mode.
- Upload your photo and edit using the Instagram filters.
- Click “Share”. Actually the phone is on airplane mode, so it will keep the edits but it won’t be posted.
2. Get notifications when your favorite users post new content
When you follow a quite large number of Instagram accounts, you can miss some stuff from your favorite brand or person.
How to do it:
- Go to the profile page of the account you’d love to get notifications
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select Turn on Post Notifications

Seeing carefully photos on Instagram is a pain in the ass, especially when your cell phone is small. If you don’t want to miss any detail from a photo, now you can zoom in on a post
It’s easy.
- Go to the post.

4. See posts from your city
This Instagram trick is quite useful for local marketing and, of course, for those who want to make new friends.
- Go to the search page, by clicking on the magnifying glass icon
- Select the “Places” tab
- Type in your city name
- You’ll see all the recent photos that have been geotagged with your city

6. Pin your Instagram post to Pinterest
When sharing a post from Instagram to other social media platforms, Pinterest is not on the list.
Today we are going to share with you two ways to pin your Instagram post to Pinterest.
First:
- Go to the post you’d like to pin.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
- If it’s your post, click on share, and then “Copy link.”
If it’s other account’s post, click on ‘Copy Link”
- Open the Pinterest app on your cell phone
- Pinterest will automatically show you the link saved to your clipboard
- Click on the link, and then you can rewrite the caption (if you wish) and choose a board. You are ready to pin it!
